Players from the youth sides of the Sporting CP Singapore Soccer Academy (in green) and Lion City Sailors competing at The Arena yesterday.
They were among the hundreds who returned to action at the Singapore National Youth League matches last weekend. The leagues, managed by private youth academy JSSL, made their comeback after two years due to the pandemic and will run until June.
Event director Rina Salleh said: "This season... is all about having fun and getting the love back into football for the children."
